Conservation of our natural resources, advocating for clients’ rights, for smart legislation, and mediating to resolve disputes in order to retain core relationships is truly a vocation for Gwendolyn. Concentrating her practice on important quality of life issues and assisting clients in creating a legacy for future generations is both her passion and her purpose.

Gwendolyn was the founding executive director and in-house counsel for The Land Conservancy for Southern Chester County, now merged with the Brandywine Red Clay Alliance. Over the years, Gwen’s service work has included terms as a member of the London Britain Zoning Hearing Board, Delaware Nature Society Conservation Committee, Delaware Superior Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Revision Committee and as Vice President of the board of the Silver City Food Cooperative.

Gwen has lived, studied, traveled and/or worked on six continents. In 2017 Gwen was named a Woman on the Move by Mainline Today Magazine, and she continues to move and evolve... Gwen currently resides in Silver City, New Mexico, the Land of Enchantment, where she spends a good deal of her free time hiking and exploring the Aldo Leopold and Gila Wilderness areas, and traversing Continental Divide trails with adventurous friends and her faithful canine tribe.

Ginny is a native of California. She attended the University of California, Santa Barbara Environmental Studies Program and graduated from Occidental College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in economics. She obtained her law degree from the University of San Diego where she participated in the Environmental Law Clinic working with a team of law students conserving land, water resources and critical habitats. She practiced environmental law for a non-profit organization, government agencies and a tribal government in California.

As an avid birder, Ginny has a special interest in promoting conservation of local and migratory bird habitats. She also explores art as a great way to support conservation by volunteering with the Society of Children’s Book Writers ad Illustrators promoting nature books and stories for children.

Ginny is a member of the Advocacy Matters, LLC law firm and is eager to help with operations and business practices. She is easy-going, friendly and detail oriented.

She lives in a coastal community with her many rescue dogs and spends her leisure time developing her native plant pollinator garden or singing in a community rock and roll band or Hawaiian choir.
